In order to earn the items as fast as possible, you'll want to enter a few game codes. Click on the codes icon on the left side of the screen, then enter these codes:
- 400M - 100M - 10m - 25k - 1500likes - 5000likes - 10000 - strongman - season1
Find the area with the big blue items to carry across the hole. Start with the apple, carrying it several times until you build up some energy, then go to the other end of the hall and work out by interacting with the work out area, then clicking the mouse every time the progress bar runs down.
Because the game codes you entered are limited, it's a good idea to do all of your working out right now even though you don't need much to get the first free item. Here's approximately how much power (shown at the top of the screen with a lightning symbol) you'll need in order to get each item:
- [Golden Apple](#apple) - 125 Power - [Shazam! Lightning Aura](#aura) - 500 Power - [Hespera's Crown](#crown) - 1k Power - [Root's Dragon Head](#head) - 1.75k Power - [Root's Dragon Wings](#wings) - 2.5k Power
When you're ready, go to the three people standing across the hole and interact with them in order to challenge. Tap the mouse to pull each time the progress bar gets to 100%. If you have the strength we recommended, you should win easily.
Once you defeat the first challenger, Anthea, you'll immediately receive the [Golden Apple badge](https://www.roblox.com/badges/2141630651/Golden-Apple) and find the [Golden Apple](#apple) in your avatar inventory.
Now you have to wait until the next challenger is ready. Above the challengers it will show how long you need to wait.
When enough time has elapsed you'll be able to go back to the challengers and complete a second tug-of-war contest.
Once you defeat the second challenger, Anthea, you'll immediately receive the [Shazam! lightning Aura badge](https://www.roblox.com/badges/2141630661/Shazam-lightning-Aura) and find the [Shazam! Lightning Aura](#aura) in your avatar inventory.
Now you have to wait until the next challenger is ready. Above the challengers it will show how long you need to wait.
When enough time has elapsed you'll be able to go back to the challengers and complete a second tug-of-war contest.
Once you defeat the third challenger, Hespera, you'll immediately receive the [Hespera's Crown badge](https://www.roblox.com/badges/2141630667/Hesperas-Crown) and find the [Hespera's Crown](#crown) in your avatar inventory.
Now you have to wait until the next challenger is ready. Above the challengers it will show how long you need to wait.
When enough time has elapsed you'll be able to go back to the challengers and complete a second tug-of-war contest.
