When you login to Sunsilk Hair Care Lab Tycoon you can find an area, pictured above, that shows you what you need to do in order to get each item. If you want more information, follow the steps below.
### Follow These Steps: 1. [Train a member of staff for the first time](#get-headphones) 2. [Open your first Officee](#get-wings) 3. [Complete the Research Lab](#get-hair)
In order to get the [Pink Cat Ear Headphones](#headphones) all you need to do is train a member of staff for the first time. When you're first building your tycoon you'll encounter an NPC, pictured above, who you can train with.
Once you train for the first time you'll immediately receive the [Finding the potential in others badge](https://www.roblox.com/badges/2141345411/Finding-the-potential-in-others) and find the [Pink Cat Ear Headphones](#headphones) in your avatar inventory.
Continue through the tycoon and you'll eventually build the above building. When you do, you'll immediately receive the [Open for business badge](https://www.roblox.com/badges/2141532098/Open-for-business) and find the [Wings](#wings) in your avatar inventory.
Finally, as you continue on in the tycoon you'll eventually build the Research Lab, pictured above. Once you finish the inside area of it you'll immediately receive the [Trained hair scientist badge](https://www.roblox.com/badges/2141532117/Trained-hair-scientist) and find the [Fairy Hair](#hair) in your avatar inventory.
